THE CHALLENGE

The holding company specializing in education needed a practical and standardized enrollment planning process to assess their current performance and a build a data-driven campaign plan, targets, and budget for S.Y. 2022 - 2023.


What we did

Acumen designed and implemented a rigorous, end‑to‑end Enrollment Campaign Planning process anchored on Business Analysis. We:

  • Built a three‑phase enrollment planning journey covering situational analysis, root cause analysis, and enrollment budget development
  • Coached cross‑functional school teams through workshops, templates, and consultations to turn complex data into clear strategic imperatives
  • Facilitated leadership and executive alignment sessions to validate enrollment targets, marketing strategies, and budget assumptions
