What we did

- Co-created a Shared Purpose, Values, and Ambition (PVA) to unite both family vision and business direction
- Developed a 5-year Strategic Plan clearly tied to priorities, choices, and initiatives—shaped with input from key managers

The process gave everyone a voice and a stake in the future. The PVA anchored the group in a shared aspiration. With aligned leadership and a clear roadmap, the company was better positioned for growth and succession.
