Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC) held a commanding 60% share in the culinary segment but saw a potential threat looming—the anticipated re-launch of a competing dairy brand from a multinational dairy company. With competition on the horizon, AMC needed a strategic defense plan to protect its leadership position.  

What we did

Acumen designed and facilitated a custom online war games workshop tailored to AMC’s unique market context. We:
