THE CHALLENGE
The conglomerate aimed to elevate the capability of its top 100 leaders across multiple business units. They wanted to surface key challenges and foster cross-functional learning through an executive development program (EDP) that could be sustained in the long-term.

What we did
Acumen designed a dynamic program blending modalities for maximum impact. We:
- Delivered Harvard cases to sharpen strategic thinking
- Featured expert speakers on timely topics like Organization Strength and the Power of Brand
- Ran action planning workshops to turn insights into steps.
- Closed with plenary reflections for shared dialogue
Impact
Real challenges from different BUs came to light, discussed openly by peers. Leaders reflected on org development and brand principles, debated strategies, and crafted next steps—elevating leadership and access to shared resources.
