THE CHALLENGE

The conglomerate aims to elevate the capability of its top C-Suite and senior leaders across multiple business units. They want to surface key challenges and foster cross-functional learning through an executive development program (EDP) that could be sustained in the long-term.  


What we did

Acumen designed a dynamic program blending modalities for maximum impact. We: 


  • Delivered Harvard cases to sharpen strategic thinking 
  • Featured expert speakers on timely topics like Organization Strength, the Power of Brand and Execution Excellence
  • Ran action planning workshops or fun activities like Lego Serious Play to challenge thinking or  turn insights into actionable steps. 
  • Closed with plenary reflections for shared dialogue 

Impact

Real challenges from different BUs came to light, discussed openly by peers. Leaders reflected on org development and brand principles, debated strategies, and crafted next steps—elevating leadership and access to shared resources.
