Acumen partnered with the company to launch a three-part capability building program that builds marketers’ ability to link insight with action:
- Consumer Understanding and Insight Mining, leading into how to change consumer behavior
- Communication Brief Development that anchored strategy in customer needs
- Digital marketing essentials, ensuring alignment from brief to campaign
Impact
Marketers shifted their approach—now starting every strategy with customer insight. Leadership highlighted the program’s practical value and plans are underway for sustained rollout of the training program.
