Reigniting Commitment and Collaboration in Cross‑Functional Business Teams

NutriAsia relies on cross‑functional business teams to drive new product developments, but uneven commitment and weak collaboration were starting to hurt how teams worked together and delivered results.

Acumen ran a one-day, highly interactive workshop for over 100 business team members. We: 

• Used real‑life case studies and examples to bring out the “6 habits of effective teams” to life
• Facilitated activities that led to reflection, broke down silos, built trust, and renewed commitment to shared goals

Business teams left more connected, energized, and committed to working togethers, with both the Head of Marketing and the General Manger praising how the session strengthened collaboration and alignment across teams.
