The company needed to quickly restore profitability while also defining a long-term direction across its core and emerging businesses. Strategy alone wouldn't be enough—it needed to be matched with structure and leadership alignment.

What we did
Acumen led a multi-phase transformation that aligned strategy, organization, and performance:
- Facilitated leadership realignment on profitability, identifying root drivers and building initiatives and governance for recovery
- Reignited the 5-Year OGSM strategy, focusing on three growth segments and enabling cross-functional teams to lead them
- Co-designed a new organizational structure aligned to strategy—clarifying Group vs. BU roles, mandates, and talent needs
