Learning That Lasts: Driving Behavior Change Through Co-Creation
THE CHALLENGE
A food & beverage company invested in building business analysis skills across its marketing teams. But leadership noticed a persistent gap—especially among senior decision-makers. Despite prior training, the principles weren’t becoming part of the planning culture. The tools were there, but adoption was low and the impact was limited.

What we did
Acumen designed a highly interactive Business Analysis and Planning workshop for senior leaders. We:
- Co-created a business review process tailored to the client's unique needs
- Defined shared dashboards and metrics to track progress and accountability
- Addressed root causes of low adoption—solving for data gaps and enabling more collaborative planning
Impact
The new process is now being rolled out across commercial teams. Planning cycles have accelerated, alignment between functions is stronger, and business analysis is finally embedded in the company’s planning culture. Leaders are now equipped with tools that drive behavior change—not just one-time learning.
