A major Philippine conglomerate was at a pivotal moment under new leadership. To sustain its 60-year success and prepare for long-term growth, the group needed to define a unified Purpose, values, governance model, and long-term direction that aligned its multiple business units.

  • Defined a clear Purpose, long-term mission, and set of values that honored the group’s roots while future-proofing the organization
  • Designed and embedded a strategy planning process across business units
  • Consolidated these plans into a unified parent company strategy blueprint
Impact

The engagement kickstarted the group’s transformation. The resulting Purpose, Values, and Ambition (PVA), governance structure, and strategy process remain in place—serving as a compass for leadership decisions and business direction across the conglomerate.
