Building a World-Class Marketing Academy 

THE CHALLENGE

NutriAsia recognized the need to elevate their marketing team by identifying six core competencies essential for world-class marketers. To bring this vision to life, they sought a partner who could design and deliver a comprehensive marketing academy tailored to their internal processes.

What we did

Acumen crafted a full marketing academy seamlessly aligned with NutriAsia’s internal workflows. We: 


  • Designed a customized curriculum targeting each one of the key competencies identified 
  • Developed modules on Business Analysis, Consumer Understanding and Insight Mining, Integrated Marketing Communications, and Brand Equity and Positioning 
  • Phased rollout to ensure adoption and deep learning of each competency  
Impact

According to their Chief Marketing Officer, the transformation is evident—team members demonstrated sharper analysis, deeper consumer understanding, and improved strategic thinking in their marketing execution. Graduates are now equipped with the tools and mindset to drive more effective marketing initiatives.
