THE CHALLENGE
NutriAsia recognized the need to elevate their marketing team by identifying six core competencies essential for world-class marketers. To bring this vision to life, they sought a partner who could design and deliver a comprehensive marketing academy tailored to their internal processes.

What we did
Acumen crafted a full marketing academy seamlessly aligned with NutriAsia’s internal workflows. We:
- Designed a customized curriculum targeting each one of the key competencies identified
- Developed modules on Business Analysis, Consumer Understanding and Insight Mining, Integrated Marketing Communications, and Brand Equity and Positioning
- Phased rollout to ensure adoption and deep learning of each competency
