  • Surfaced individual hopes, concerns, and visions
  • Enabled honest and constructive dialogue
  • Co-created two sets of Purpose, Values, and Ambition—one for the family, and one for the business
Impact

The result was a strong foundation for the organization’s transformation journey. The two PVAs became guides for culture development, leadership transition to professional management, and investment decisions moving forward.
