ACUMEN WINS

Since joining Acumen in 2023, I have been involved in a wide range of strategic consulting and organizational transformation engagements across multiple industries, including real estate, telecommunications, media, healthcare, banking, conglomerates, and food service. Within Acumen’s internal business consulting initiatives from 2024 to 2025, I contributed to the development of intellectual property (IP) frameworks for both Corporate Strategy and Commercial Strategy, supported the creation of SOPs for Organizational Transformation, and participated in Project Alphabet, an intergenerational research initiative focused on workplace and leadership dynamics across generations.


In the real estate sector, I worked with Hauslands Development Corporation from 2023 to 2025 on several key transformation projects, including the development of the organization’s Purpose, Values, and Ambition (PVA), Behavioral Standards, 5-Year Strategic Plan, and Organizational Structure Design. In telecommunications, I supported a telecommunications company in 2024 through initiatives focused on Commercial Strategy, particularly team augmentation within the Commercial Group, as well as the development of a 1–3 Year Strategic Plan.


For the media industry, I worked with Philstar Media Group from 2024 to 2025 on Organizational Transformation initiatives centered on Purpose, Values, and Ambition, alongside the formulation of a 3–5 Year Strategic Plan. In healthcare, I contributed to strategic planning engagements for Maxicare Healthcare Corporation in 2024, specifically on the development of a 3–5 Year Strategic Plan.


In the banking sector, I have been engaged with EastWest from 2023 to 2026 on multiple initiatives, including Corporate Strategy development, Organizational Transformation through Purpose, Values, and Ambition alignment, and Leadership Summit facilitation and support. I also worked with conglomerates such as JND Holdings, Inc. on Corporate Governance initiatives from 2025 to 2026, and La Filipina Uy Gongco Group of Companies on Culture Transformation projects during the same period. Most recently, in 2026, I facilitated a Generational Fluency Workshop for Golden Arches Development Corporation, the master franchise holder of McDonald’s in the Philippines, focusing on bridging generational differences in the workplace and strengthening cross-generational collaboration.
