THE CHALLENGE

A leading payments network, partnered with a major local bank to fast-track the company’s marketing capability building. The teams needed a common language on KPIs and business drivers, stronger insighting skills, and a repeatable way to turn analysis into impactful campaigns. 

What we did

We designed a modular Marketing Excellence Program tailored to the credit card business. We: 


  • Built a shared understanding of the credit card business model and KPI drivers 
  • Defined priority target segments and developed actionable insights grounded on consumer centricity 
  • Translated learnings into clear strategies, a structured communications plan, and tested big ideas to improve creative quality. 
Impact

Leaders reported clear gains in driver analysis, customer insighting, and marketing execution, with a practical framework that strengthened both strategy development and execution. Extensive sessions aligned baseline skills with expected leadership outputs and business objectives, building confidence and consistency across the team.
