Pauline Fermin is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Acumen Strategy Consultants and head of its Consulting practice.

She has over 26 years of experience in Strategy—both as a corporate executive and as a consultant. She combines her depth of experience in research and marketing with the discipline of finance, thus applying a broad and holistic view in strategy formulation.  She has applied her strategic expertise in helping clients from a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, packaged goods, financial services, pharmaceutical, real estate, retail, telecommunications, transportation, software, and other services.

Pauline joined Acumen in 2007 where she has led corporate and brand strategy consulting projects as well as capability building programs for top multinational and local companies over the past 13 years. Prior to joining Acumen, Pauline previously held the roles of Director of Strategic Planning and Profitability for Beverage Partners Worldwide Asia and Director for Strategic Planning for Coca-Cola Philippines.   She started her career in Procter & Gamble where she was the Brand Manager of 2 of its biggest brands, Tide and Ivory.  She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree of Business Administration and Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude.
